Training course for beginners. This training is organized in two different levels so that the user can achieve enough experience before taking the second level. In this first part, the student will learn the basic maneuvers to vertically progress in the cavities as well as the basic history of spelunking, materials, accident prevention and cave ecosystem conservation.

¿What is included?
The speleology equipment (helmet and headlamp, harness, anchor material, descender, etc.. ). Progression equipment (ropes, carabiners, krabs….). Printed material with the theory, The Catalan Spelunking Federation endorsement, and a professional guide in speleology.
